FACE focuses on the administration, development and implementation of the following five strategies that are crucial for structuring, stability, sustainability and creating greater opportunities. These strategies are a combination of proven and current models.

  1. Real-time Internal and External Assessment Strategies and Applications.

  2. Strategic Community Engagement (Top-Down and Bottom-Up Approaches)

  3. Comprehensive Fiduciary and Compliance Programs

  4. Strategic Board Governance.

  5. Strategic Corporate Culture.

These five strategies are governed by a multidisciplinary accountability system, which is a mandatory prerequisite for any and all entities serious about sustainability and expansive success, economic stimulus and participating in bettering the quality of life for all communities.

The following is a brief description the accountability system

Accountability by Information (ABI)

The ABI system is an ongoing real-time self-assessment tool assisting organizations in monitoring and assessing their internal operations. The ABI system provides real-time discovery enabling an organization to adjust and avoid detrimental activity/ies.

Accountability by Outcome (ABO)

The ABO system is an ongoing real-time self-assessment tool designed to assist organizations toward assessing compliance and real-time progress of set goals.

The ABI and ABO systems are managed by a state-of-the-art automated system, designed to compile, calculate and provide information pertinent for well informed decision making, and quantifying goals and achievements.

Additionally, both the ABI and ABO tools assure transparency, and provide real-time monitoring access for funding entities.

Strategic Corporate Culture (SCC)

SCC focuses on the strategy, structure and culture of the organization, focusing on internal human relations, and public interactions impacting the entire organization’s productivity and effectiveness.

Enterprise Content Management (ECM) is a formalized means of organizing and storing an organization's documents, and other content, that relate to the organization's processes. This encompasses strategies, methods, and tools used throughout the lifecycle of the content.

Legal, Tax and Financial Stability, and Records Management (LTFS) and (RM)

The LTFS module offers legal support for 501(C)3 / foundation applications, tax assistance, financial management support along with offering an IT network complete with disaster recovery and/or remote document storage access as well as other services deemed desirable and relevant.

Records Management (RM) provides Records Management services inclusive of discrete and secure records/document destruction; scanning services; document imaging systems installations and services; project management; governmental funding access (grants services) as well as market trends / forecast analysis and market research services.

The ABI, ABO, LTFS, ECM and RM are primarily technical applications and disciplines, whereas the SCC is a social application and discipline. Doing so positions participating organizations to remain solvent while attracting continued and diverse funding, increasing their capacity and providing funding entities greater opportunities to meet and expand their goals.
